The Cancellation of IAAPA 2020 Isn’t Stopping Us!
As many of you have already heard, The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions has canceled IAAPA 2020 over health and safety concerns regarding COVID. The news sent shockwaves through the event and party rental community. A lot of people were looking forward to IAAPA 2020 and had planned on attending. And the team here at TNT was no different.
IAAPA offers participants unique opportunities to network with other professionals, and to learn more about the industry from experts. Rental operators can interact with products in person and ask questions they may not think of otherwise. So they leave the event knowing more and feeling better equipped, literally and figuratively, to rake in bigger profits.
For vendors like us, IAAPA provides a great opportunity to interact with customers directly. We can show them products and features, answer questions on the spot, and build an invaluable rapport that lasts years. We love setting up at IAAPA each year, so the news that IAAPA 2020 would be canceled was disappointing to say the least.
And then we got to thinking: why does IAAPA 2020 need to be canceled for us? Why not just organize a virtual trade show, and do what we can to bring as much of the IAAPA expo as possible into the offices and homes of our friends and customers?
With this, we’re pleased to announce the IAAPA 2020 Virtual Trade Show by Tent and Table, taking place the week of November 17 to 20. A week of games, showcases, and incredible sales you won’t want to miss out on. And the whole event is absolutely free to attend!

IAAPA expo is irreplaceable, and we're looking forward to hopefully attending in person next year. But we’re confident our IAAPA 2020 virtual trade show will not disappoint. Our free virtual show will be hosted entirely online, and our goal is to bring as much of the IAAPA Expo to you digitally as possible.
The IAAPA 2020 Virtual Trade Show by Tent and Table will feature:

We want to bring you this full virtual IAAPA 2020 show free of charge and as hassle free as possible. To participate, you’ll need a computer or smartphone and internet access. You may also need to sign up for free services or download free apps or software to participate in some events.
