10 things Party Tent rental companies should do in the off-season

By now most party tent rental companies have packed up their inventory for off-season and have begun planning for next year. But, before you turn out the lights in your storage area, here are ten tips from Rental Magazine on what you should do with your commercial tents before closing the books on this year.

1. Inventory all products. Do you have everything you started the year with? What units/parts are broken, in repair or have gone missing.

2. Check inventory against use. See which units received the most use and abuse this year.

3. Grade inventory for event use. Take a look and see what condition your tents are in. See what will need to be fixed or replaced before next year.

5. Inspect and grade fabric condition.
