• Cold Weather Care: PVC vinyl hardens in cold temperatures. To avoid cracking, do not attempt to install, unroll, or flex panels when ambient temperatures fall below 40°F.
• Warranty: Includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or cold-weather wind cracking.

No. These sidewalls provide standard weather protection against light rain, ambient breezes, and direct sun. They are not rated for severe weather or high winds. To prevent damage, sidewalls should be unstacked or removed during severe conditions.

Can these sidewalls be used in freezing temperatures?

No. Vinyl becomes stiff and brittle at lower temperatures. Do not flex or install these panels in temperatures below 40°F, as doing so can cause wind cracking that is not covered under warranty.

How do translucent sidewalls affect lighting inside the tent?

Translucent PVC blocks direct solar glare while allowing soft ambient light to filter through, keeping the interior brightly lit during daytime events without extra lighting equipment.

How are the bottom edges of the sidewalls secured?

The bottom of each panel features built-in straps designed for staking into grass. If setting up on hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt, proper water ballasts or concrete anchors must be used instead of ground stakes.

Fabric Translucency: Translucent vinyl sidewalls will prevent most sunlight from penetrating, but still allow some light to filter into your party tent. This allows for some natural illumination during the day, without the need to purchase and set up extra lighting.

Please Note: Stake strapping color varies by size. It is not recommended that these sidewalls are staked to the ground during heavy winds to prevent possible damage to your equipment. It is recommended that you stake your sidewalls the day of your event so that they can be supervised.

Warranty Information: Our vinyl canopy tents, vinyl tops, and vinyl sidewalls come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturer's defects. Warranty does not cover improper installation or misuse. Warranty does not cover wind whip or wind crack damage from the use of our canopy tents in temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
