Frequently Asked Questions
What is included with this purchase?
This listing is exclusively for the single-piece TentandTable 20' x premium canopy pole party tent replacement vinyl top. Poles, stakes, guy ropes, and sidewalls are not included and must be purchased separately.
What is the seating capacity for a 20x30 tent?
A 20x30 white tent footprint provides a versatile layout for various party tent sizes. For a standard cocktail-style event with standing room and limited pub tables, it can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests.
Can this pole tent top be installed on asphalt or hard surfaces?
No. This 20x30 pole tent top relies strictly on tension from stakes driven directly into the ground to maintain its structure. It cannot be used on blacktop, concrete, or asphalt surfaces where staking is not possible. For hard-surface setups, a frame-style tent with appropriate anchoring methods must be used instead.
Are there any weather or temperature restrictions for setup?
While our heavy-duty pole tent tops are highly durable, vinyl fabric becomes stiff and vulnerable to cracking in cold weather. To protect your investment, this tent top should not be handled, unrolled, or installed in temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, as cold-weather damage is excluded from coverage.
What kind of warranty comes with this commercial tent top?
This premium vinyl top comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty that covers manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or weather-related wear and tear.
Please note: This listing is for only the single piece tent top. Complete tent or tent poles are sold separately.
Warranty Information: Our vinyl canopy tents, vinyl tops, and vinyl sidewalls come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturer's defects. Warranty does not cover improper installation or misuse. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS : Weather is unpredictable, installer/end-user must incorporate knowledge of local weather conditions in accordance with the installation instruction guidelines.:
- Rain water may collect on the tent fabric perimeter causing "ponding" or "water pocketing". Ensure the tent is installed and tensioned correctly. The additional weight from the water can cause the tent to sag, ponding will get worse. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
- Wind, Wind/Rain combination can cause rope/ratchet and ground stakes to loosen. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
- Lightning: Immediately evacuate the tent until the chance of a lightning strike is no longer present.
- Snow: Tents, canopies, structures, and shelters are not designed to carry any type of snow loading. These products should not be used if snow of any kind is present, and must be evacuated immediately.
- It is very important to do routine maintenance checks on ropes/ratchets and stakes and maintain proper tension on the tent top at all times
