The heavy-duty fittings are manufactured from robust 1.25-inch schedule 40 steel pipe and finished with protective zinc plating to fiercely resist rust and corrosion.
Weather-Resistant PVC Tent Top
The tent top is constructed from premium, translucent PVC material that allows soft, natural light to filter through while remaining entirely waterproof.

Each top includes replaceable polyester sidewall ropes fastened with heavy-duty polyester webbing, allowing you to easily add 7-foot-tall sidewalls (available separately in Solid and Window styles). Because the West Coast system is modular, it can be adapted to build several different tent sizes using additional tubing and fittings. For easy asset tracking and compliance, identification labels are heat-bonded directly to every top.

Does it include all necessary hardware for assembly?
Yes. Your package includes the commercial-grade translucent PVC tent top, the complete 1.5-inch galvanized steel frame tubing, zinc-plated steel corner and crown fittings, and the alligator clips required to secure the top to the frame.
Please note: Sidewalls and anchoring equipment are sold separately. Proper anchoring depends entirely on your installation surface; securing the tent safely may require asphalt stakes, concrete ballast, or alternative anchoring methods tailored to your specific site.
Can this 20x20 frame tent be left up permanently?
No. This structure is a premium weekender tent engineered specifically for fast setup, residential parties, and short-term commercial events. It is not designed to serve as a permanent or semi-permanent structure. We recommend taking the tent down after your event to protect your investment and maximize the lifespan of the PVC fabric.
How does this tent handle inclement weather?
The heavy-duty steel frame and premium PVC top are designed to shed rain seamlessly due to waterproof, heat-sealed seams. However, frame tents are not engineered to handle severe weather, heavy snow loads, or high winds. To prevent wind whip, canvas tearing, or structural damage, the tent should be safely disassembled if severe weather or high winds are forecasted.
Can I use this party tent in cold winter temperatures?
While the galvanized steel frame remains robust in cold weather, the premium PVC canopy fabric can become rigid and prone to cracking if handled, pitched, or stressed in ambient temperatures below 40° Fahrenheit. To prevent fabric damage and maintain your warranty, we recommend utilizing this tent in temperatures above 40°F.
What kind of warranty protection is offered?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. This product comes backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects. Please note that this limited warranty covers manufacturing flaws and does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, lack of proper anchoring, structural alterations, misuse, or weather-related wear and tear (such as high winds or freezing temperatures).

Safety Precautions
- Note: ITEM NEEDS TO BE ANCHORED TO GROUND TO HOLD AGAINST WIND.
- Secure your tent properly with straps and ground pegs.
- The tent is not recommended to be left up in the wind, and never leave them up overnight, particularly with the roof and side panels on.
- Immediately remove accumulated rain water, snow or ice from the roof with a broom, mop or towels. If you fail to do so, the manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by heavy loads of rain, snow or ice on the roof.
- This item is not manufactured to withstand the weight of any form of precipitation left on the top of the unit.

We only sell or distribute tent tops that use a fire resistant vinyl meeting or exceeding the National Fire Protection Association's fire resistant standards.:
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS : Weather is unpredictable, installer/end-user must incorporate knowledge of local weather conditions in accordance with the installation instruction guidelines.:
- Rain water may collect on the tent fabric perimeter causing "ponding" or "water pocketing". Ensure the tent is installed and tensioned correctly. The additional weight from the water can cause the tent to sag, ponding will get worse. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
- Wind, Wind/Rain combination can cause rope/ratchet and ground stakes to loosen. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
- Lightning: Immediately evacuate the tent until the chance of a lightning strike is no longer present.
- Snow: Tents, canopies, structures, and shelters are not designed to carry any type of snow loading. These products should not be used if snow of any kind is present, and must be evacuated immediately.
- It is very important to do routine maintenance checks on ropes/ratchets and stakes and maintain proper tension on the tent top at all times
