This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the TentandTable, LLC. website and through our text messaging (SMS), WhatsApp, email, and related communications programs. On some pages you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. This policy also describes how we manage consent and individual privacy rights when your information is processed in our customer data platform, including Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers such as your name, postal address, email address, and phone number, including mobile number.
• Commercial information such as products ordered, requests made, and catalog or materials registrations.
• Payment information such as credit or debit card details, processed through a secure payment processor.

We use the information you provide when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog, as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

If you provide your information through a form that could share it with more than one business, your consent applies only to us and is not transferred to any other company. We do not rely on consent that was given to a different business.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages and, where applicable, WhatsApp messages from TentAndTable, LLC. at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Program description: order and account updates, appointment and delivery notices, customer service replies, and occasional promotions related to our products and services.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions with us.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How to opt in: you may opt in through our website form, during checkout, by texting a keyword, in person, or by other documented methods. Each opt-in point links to this Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms and Conditions. For promotional messaging we use express written consent.
• How to opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Protection of data. We maintain strict privacy policies to ensure that personal information, including your mobile phone number and consent status for both SMS and WhatsApp, is not sold, rented, or exchanged with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as needed to operate our business and as described in this policy, for example: with payment processors to complete a transaction, with shipping and fulfillment partners to deliver your order, and with technology service providers, including our messaging providers and our customer data platform provider (Salesforce), who process data solely to provide services to us under contract.

Where we use a messaging provider, that provider processes your mobile number and message content only to deliver messages on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using it for its own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account or subscription, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS and WhatsApp consent records are retained as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterward to evidence compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below, subject to legal retention requirements.
