We offer commercial financing for orders above $1000. Each product listing includes a convenient financing link, and you can also explore all of our financing options under Tents and Inflatables Financing. Please note that we partner with a trusted third-party financing company. Once your application is approved, they will provide the funding for your order, and you’ll make payments directly to them.

Shipping/Delivery/Returns
Does Tentandtable offer free delivery?
We occasionally run free shipping promotions on select products. Typically, however, shipping costs are additional. Your shipping rate will be calculated in your cart or during checkout, based on your order details, location, and preferred shipping method.
Does Tentandtable Ship Internationally?
Yes, we provide shipping across North America via parcel or freight, ensuring all applicable taxes, fees, and duties are accounted for. For international orders outside North America, we can ship to a U.S. freight forwarder of your choice. Please keep in mind that some exclusions may apply.

Will Tentandtable replace my order if it arrives damaged?
While Tentandtable is not directly responsible for damages during shipping, we are committed to supporting you through the freight claims process. The freight company is responsible for ensuring your order arrives in good condition, and we encourage customers to inspect their shipment upon delivery and file any necessary claims with the carrier for damages or shortages.
Can I arrange for my own freight pickup?
Yes, we can accommodate customer-arranged freight pickups. The carrier must provide a Bill of Lading, and a small fee applies for additional paperwork with non-contracted shipping companies.
Can I pick up my order directly?
Absolutely! You can pick up your order at our Buffalo, NY Distribution Center by scheduling a prepaid pickup between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, with no extra packaging fees for loading onto your truck or trailer.
What is Tentandtable’s policy on returns?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, with a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs covered by the buyer. Items must be unused, and custom-manufactured products are non-returnable.

Warranty
What is the warranty period for products sold by Tentandtable?
Tentandtable offers up to a 1-year limited warranty on select products, including inflatables (excluding Zorb Balls), floor dryers, inflatable blowers, party tent tops, frames, and sidewalls, as well as tables and chairs. Other products, such as inflatable accessories and certain tent parts, have a 30-day limited warranty. Zorb Balls are covered by a 72-hour limited warranty.
Are used, warehouse sale, or demo products covered under warranty?
No, used, warehouse sale, or demo products carry no warranty of any kind. All sales for these items are final and sold "as-is," with no exchanges or returns allowed.
Does the warranty cover normal wear and tear or misuse?
No, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by overuse or misuse. If damage is found to be due to overloading or improper use during inspection, it will not be covered under the warranty.
Is Tentandtable responsible for manufacturing defects?
Tentandtable is not the manufacturer of the products it sells. The company honors the limited warranty provided by the original manufacturer within the specified timeframes for each product category.
Can I repair a product through an unapproved repair agency and still maintain the warranty?
No, the warranty becomes void if the product is repaired by any repair agency not approved by Tentandtable or if the product is packed wet.
