As a party rental business owner, staying ahead of industry trends isn’t just helpful—it’s essential. Whether you run a tent rental company, manage inflatables, or are building your event inventory, trade shows give you direct access to the products, suppliers, and ideas that keep your business competitive.
Tent and Table will be exhibiting at each of the major industry trade shows listed below in 2026. Our booths will be fully stocked with a wide selection of products, giving you the chance to explore and shop tents, inflatables, tables, chairs, and more right on the show floor. By attending, you’ll be able to browse equipment in person, connect with our team, and take advantage of exclusive show-only deals you won’t find anywhere else.
These shows are some of the best opportunities all year to connect, learn, and invest in your business. Each one brings something unique—and understanding what they offer can help you make smarter, more strategic decisions heading into the busy season.
