We use commercial-grade 15 oz PVC Vinyl and sew additional vinyl patches at all stress points for the greatest strength, durability, and, most importantly, safety.
We even triple-thread and heat-weld the seas for a superior seal that eliminates the chances of water seeping inside the unit. These measures also prevent dirt and sand from damaging the seams, thus prolonging the life of your inflatable and minimizing repairs. The featured "Gator Mouth" system alleviates pressure at 90-degree stress points, adding just another layer of durability to your unit and extending its longevity through the wear and tear of a busy rental season.
